Guardian Service

We spent years developing and testing secure remote access solutions. Our Guardian Service was independently penetration tested and described as "the most secure web app they have ever tested against." We further protect customer infrastructure through network segmentation, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), strong password policies, software and firmware updates, and managed VPN services.

As the first contractor to deploy Tridium's new Niagara Remote service, we offer three secure remote access options:

Guardian Service – Direct web access secured with MFA.
Niagara Remote – Tridium's cloud-based remote access platform with additional security layers.
Guardian Service + Managed VPN – Our most secure option, requiring a hardware security key for MFA before remote access is permitted.

Software Development

Azimuth Software Line

Diverse Controls has been invited by Tridium to present in their Content Spotlight for our contributions to the Niagara Marketplace, not once, but twice, for our software; Azimuth Scout. First for the initial release of the product, and again two years later for the new features added by the 2.0 version updates for Scout. This amazing search tool allows anyone with a Niagara BMS system to intuitively search for things like points, tags, or device names. The search results can show live data with the "Subscribe" feature, sort and filter, and has building wide options allowing new options such as mass-set/mass-override/mass-auto.
